The Louisiana Register is a monthly publication from the Office of the State Register that provides access to certified regulations and legal notices issued by the executive branch of state government. The OSR Potpourri section of the Louisiana Register is dedicated to miscellaneous notices, announcements, and declarations from state agencies that do not fit within specific rule-making categories. This section serves as a public notice for upcoming rule changes, substantively amended rules, or general agency information, such as DCE Orphaned Well declarations.
